Mediator

Robert D. Arb has been an attorney for 40 years, having graduated from the University of Missouri-Columbia School of Law in 1979.  Mr. Arb practices in the areas of personal injury, workers’ compensation, and wills, trusts and probate at the offices of Robert D. Arb, L.C. in Valley Park, Missouri.  He is licensed to practice in Missouri, Illinois and the Federal Courts and is also trained in Christian Mediation through the Institute for Christian Conciliation™ (a division of Peacemaker Ministries). He has served as a Federal Court mediator for constitutional law disputes; and has taught as an instructor at Meramec Community College as well as several continuing legal education seminars.  He has authored two articles; “Should A Christian Sue” and “Mediating Disputes Among Christians”.

Mr. Arb is married to his wife Cindy and has three children – Nicole, Caleb and Michael.  His volunteer activities include serving on the Board of Directors for The Mission Gate Prison Ministry and Orphans’ Assistance and Rescue (an orphanage in northern Thailand).  He is a founding member of the St. Louis Chapter of the Christian Legal Society.  He also served as School Board President for Faith Community Christian High School in Fenton, Missouri from 2007-2010 and currently attends Oakbridge Community Church.
