Caleb Hitt

Provisional Licensed Professional Counselor

Caleb earned a Master of Arts in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from Missouri Baptist University and a Bachelor of Science in Psychology from Southeast Missouri State University. He is passionate about walking alongside individuals, couples, and families as they navigate life’s challenges and pursue healing, growth, hope, and truth.

Caleb views all people as having inherent worth and dignity as image-bearers of God. This foundation shapes his desire to create a counseling environment where clients feel safe, respected, and supported as they honestly explore their experiences and struggles. His approach to counseling is rooted in Scripture and integrates faith with evidence-based practices such as Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT) and attachment-based perspectives. He seeks to help clients find lasting hope by honoring their experiences while also helping them pursue truth, recognizing that emotions, while important, do not always reflect reality.

Caleb works with children, adolescents, adults, couples, and families navigating concerns such as anxiety, depression, identity issues, parenting challenges, marital and premarital issues, fatherhood, and sex or pornography addiction. His desire is to help clients move toward greater self-awareness, healthier relationships, and meaningful action in their lives.

Outside of counseling, Caleb enjoys spending time with his wife and daughter, playing pickleball, woodworking, playing video games, and playing music.

Caleb is under the supervision of Anna Vaughn - MO License #2021017539
