Anna earned a Master of Arts in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from Missouri Baptist University and a Bachelor of Science in Psychology: Counseling and Human Development from Liberty University. Additionally, she earned an advanced certificate in Biblical counseling from Light University. She is also a member of the American Association of Christian Counselors. 

Anna is passionate about helping her clients pursue health and find freedom. She aims to make each client feel heard, cared for and validated in a safe and judgement free environment. She specializes in childhood, sexual, and relational trauma. She helps clients process traumatic events and confront difficult memories, emotions, beliefs and thoughts. Her additional areas of focus include sexual & pornography addiction, PTSD, anxiety, mood disorders, body image, women’s issues, identity and self-worth, emotion regulation, codependency, boundaries, and individuals who desire to grow their relationship with God. 

She works with her clients to establish desired goals and utilizes various therapeutic interventions that highlight the importance of one’s thoughts and beliefs to meet those goals. Ultimately, she believes that because God is our Creator, He best knows what we need and relies on His Holy Spirit to guide each session. 

Anna is married to Luke and they love to spend time with their daughter, Poppy as well as friends and family. She enjoys reading, writing, and exploring new coffee shops.
